Getting started

Create a workspace, add your businesses, and choose the records you want to review. This guide follows the current setup flow.

Create a workspace

Start with a plan preference, then choose Business Accounting, Back Office, Complete Suite. Enter your name, email and password. Company name and phone are optional, and text confirmation is optional.

Signup starts a 14-day trial with Growth limits. No card is required to start. Your plan choice is a preference; a paid subscription begins only through the separate checkout flow.

Create your workspace

Add your businesses

Enter a business name and choose its kind. Legal name is optional. Each business has its own books and connections. You can add more businesses later in Settings, within your plan's entity limit.

Connect or import

Check the integration catalog for the method available for your system. After signing in, open Connections in your workspace. Use provider sign-in when offered, or upload a supported file for an import entry. Some catalog entries do not have a direct connection available yet.

Choose the relevant business before connecting or importing, and review the access requested by the provider. Setup can be skipped and revisited. Provider availability and the permissions on your account can affect setup.

Review data

Check Connections for sync status, then review the relevant Money, Shop or Store pages. Confirm the selected business and date range. An empty view does not prove there was no business activity: compare the source records and connection status before drawing conclusions.

Run the close and review alerts

In Daily Close, review sales with counted cash, card batches, processor payouts and bank deposits. Record the close and investigate differences against the underlying records. Review Alerts for duplicate transactions, overdue balances, low cash and close differences. Check the business and supporting records before changing any account or transaction.

Plans and privacy

Review the current plans and connection methods before setup. Features and limits depend on your plan. Provider availability and account permissions can affect connections.

The legal documents below are explicitly marked drafts pending legal review. They are not approved policies or a finalized agreement.
